Ishq or Takht Episode 2 Story
The second episode begins a much more dangerous phase of Alaeddin’s struggle.
After spending eight years in captivity, Alaeddin has finally returned and taken the Seljuk throne. Becoming Sultan, however, does not mean his enemies have disappeared. Instead, he now has to discover who can actually be trusted inside his own state and palace.
Alaeddin is determined to uncover the people responsible for the ambush against him. His investigation gradually brings him closer to the hidden betrayal surrounding the throne.
For Celaleddin, this creates a serious threat.
As Alaeddin gets closer to discovering the truth, the circle around Celaleddin begins to tighten. Celaleddin therefore needs another move before Alaeddin can expose what has been hidden from him.
The battle for the throne is no longer being fought only with swords. Secrets, alliances and deception are becoming equally important weapons.
Alaeddin Brings Destina to the Seljuk Palace
One of the biggest developments in Ask ve Taht Episode 2 is Destina’s arrival at the Konya Palace.
Alaeddin has finally encountered the mysterious eyes that remained in his memory throughout his years of imprisonment. However, the woman standing before him today is apparently on the enemy side.
That woman is Destina.
Destina has her own reason to hide the truth. She wants to protect Kalonoros and the people she loves, so revealing her real identity to Sultan Alaeddin could put everything she cares about in danger.
Alaeddin consequently brings Destina with him as a war captive until he can discover the truth.
But their connection goes much deeper than either side can openly admit.
The woman standing before Alaeddin as an enemy is connected to the woman who once saved his life.
Destina and Melike Come Face-to-Face
Destina’s entrance into the palace also creates a new struggle within the royal household.
Melike Hรผma Hatun is already waiting for the decision regarding her marriage to Sultan Alaeddin. This marriage is not simply a personal relationshipโit is closely connected to the political arrangements surrounding Alaeddin’s position on the Seljuk throne.
The situation becomes even more complicated with Anna being taken into the Sultan’s private chamber, which Melike sees as a direct challenge.
Then Alaeddin arrives at the palace with Destina.
Destina enters as a captive, but her presence immediately attracts attention. Her first encounter with Melike marks the beginning of a rivalry that could become increasingly important as the story progresses.
Alaeddin now finds himself surrounded by political obligations on one side and a woman connected to his past on the other.
This is where the title Ishq or Takht โ Love or Throne begins to carry much greater meaning.
Alaeddin Searches for the Traitor
Sultan Alaeddin knows that danger does not exist only beyond the borders of his state.
There is betrayal much closer to the throne.
After the attempt against him, Alaeddin starts following the clues to discover who was behind the conspiracy. Finding the traitor becomes one of the central developments of Aลk ve Taht Episode 2.
For a ruler who has only recently returned from eight years of captivity, identifying friends and enemies is crucial.
Alaeddin therefore faces one of his first major tests as Sultan: finding the enemy hidden among those around him before another conspiracy can threaten his rule.
At the same time, Celaleddin realizes that Alaeddin is moving closer to the truth and prepares a new move to protect himself.
The question is whether Celaleddin can escape the growing circle around him before Alaeddin discovers everything.

The struggle is not limited to Konya Palace.
In Kalonoros, Kir Vard becomes increasingly concerned after receiving no news from his children. The situation forces him to turn toward a powerful warrior whom he had kept away for yearsโAndreas.
Andreas is called back into action.
At the same time, the pursuit of Arakel continues, while Kir Vard himself moves toward Konya to confront Sultan Alaeddin.
This development opens another front for Alaeddin at a time when he is already dealing with betrayal within his own ranks.
The Sultan must now manage threats from both inside and outside the palace.
